"I want to thank Oleksandr for his professionalism. We turned to him for help in opening a visa for our mother. From the first phone conversation, he made a very good impression, answered all questions in detail and gave advice."
What your fixed fee does and doesn't cover
The advertised fixed fee is per person and covers the standard legal work specifically described in this package. It does not include third-party costs, translations, interpreters, expert reports, counsel/advocate/barrister fees or substantial additional work outside the agreed scope unless expressly stated.
Additional work arising after submission, including correspondence or complaints concerning Home Office delays, is not automatically included in the fixed fee. We may undertake such work without additional charge at our discretion, but where substantial additional work is required a separate fee may apply.
This fixed fee is for standard applications. If you've had a previous refusal, entered the UK illegally, claimed asylum, had any immigration law breaches, prior convictions or any other adverse immigration history, please book a consultation first. These cases may need additional work and a separate quotation, and we'll recommend the right route.

UKVI Complaints: Formal Complaints Drafted by a UK Immigration Lawyer
Most people do not realise that UK Visas and Immigration has a formal complaints process and that a well-drafted complaint can move a case that has been sitting untouched for months. Our £299 fixed-fee package gives you a complaint letter written by a UK immigration lawyer, addressed to the right team, with the right remedies asked for.
What is a UKVI Complaint?
A UKVI complaint is a formal request to the Home Office to investigate and remedy excessive delay on a pending application, lost or mishandled documents, failure to follow published policy, rudeness or inappropriate behaviour from caseworkers or contractors, errors in a decision letter that fall short of judicial review territory, or issues with biometric appointments, contracted service points or visa application centres.
There are three tiers. We pitch the complaint at the right level for the issue.
Who This Service is For
- Applicants whose case has stalled past published service standards.
- Anyone who has had documents returned damaged, lost or to the wrong address.
- People who have received a decision riddled with factual errors.
- Sponsors who have had problems with employer-side processes.
What the £299 UKVI Complaint Package Includes
- Review of your case file and Home Office correspondence.
- Identification of the specific policy or service standard breached.
- A formal complaint letter prepared by a UK immigration lawyer.
- Submission of the complaint to the correct UKVI team.
- One follow-up letter if no substantive reply is received within published timescales.
- Strategic advice on next steps if the complaint route does not resolve matters, including pre-action protocol for judicial review.
When a Complaint is the Right Tool
A complaint is the right tool when the issue is service, conduct or breach of policy, not legal error in a decision. If a decision is wrong in law, the right tool is a pre-action protocol letter or judicial review, both of which we offer as separate fixed-price packages. A Glasgow immigration lawyer will tell you which route fits your case rather than charging you for the wrong one.
Why Use a UK Immigration Lawyer for a UKVI Complaint
UKVI complaint teams handle high volumes. Letters that arrive as a list of frustrations rarely get traction. Letters that cite the specific service standard, quote the published policy and ask for a defined remedy do.
