What your fixed fee does and doesn't cover

The advertised fixed fee is per person and covers the standard legal work specifically described in this package. It does not include third-party costs, translations, interpreters, expert reports, counsel/advocate/barrister fees or substantial additional work outside the agreed scope unless expressly stated.

Additional work arising after submission, including correspondence or complaints concerning Home Office delays, is not automatically included in the fixed fee. We may undertake such work without additional charge at our discretion, but where substantial additional work is required a separate fee may apply.

Not sure this package is right for you?

This fixed fee is for standard applications. If you've had a previous refusal, entered the UK illegally, claimed asylum, had any immigration law breaches, prior convictions or any other adverse immigration history, please book a consultation first. Homes for Ukraine Application: Legal Help from a UK Immigration Lawyer

The Homes for Ukraine scheme has supported thousands of Ukrainians and their families to come to the UK to live with approved sponsors. The application looks simple on paper. In practice, refusals happen on document errors, biometric problems, identity issues and gaps in evidence of the sponsor relationship. ur £999 fixed-fee package gives you a UK immigration lawyer handling the legal application work in the package, from eligibility check to submission. Fixed fee per person.

What is the Homes for Ukraine Scheme?

Homes for Ukraine is the UK route for Ukrainian nationals and certain family members to apply for permission to enter the UK, where they have an approved sponsor offering accommodation for at least six months. The route grants permission to live, work and study in the UK and access to public funds and the NHS.

Who Can Apply

You may qualify under the scheme if you are a Ukrainian national or the immediate family member of a Ukrainian national, were residing in Ukraine on or before the qualifying date set by the Home Office, and have a named sponsor in the UK who has passed the relevant checks.

What the £999 Homes for Ukraine Package Includes

  • Eligibility check against the current scheme rules.
  • Document list covering identity, residence, family relationship and sponsor evidence.
  • Preparation and submission of the online application.
  • Advice on biometric submission, including ID app submission where eligible.
  • Liaison with the sponsor on document coordination.
  • Routine communication with the Home Office about your application.
  • Post-decision advice on arrival, NI numbers and registering with services.

This package does not include sponsor matching. If you are still looking for a UK sponsor, our team can signpost recognised matching organisations.
