Who Counts as a PBS Dependant?

You may be eligible to apply as a dependant under the PBS framework if you are the spouse, civil partner or unmarried partner of the main applicant, the child under 18 of the main applicant, or the child over 18 who was last granted leave as the main applicant’s dependant and continues to be supported.

The main applicant must hold valid leave in one of the eligible PBS routes, including but not limited to Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, High Potential Individual, Scale-up, Student (subject to current course-level restrictions), Senior or Specialist Worker on the GBM route, and Expansion Worker on the GBM route.
